Scitec Nutrition is getting ready to launch a brand new recovery supplement tailored for recovery from CrossFit workouts called Balanced Recovery by their WOD Crusher brand. Although no official release date is imminent, full ingredient label details have been revealed.

Advanced Carbohydrate Matrix

One of the noteworthy features in Balanced Recovery is a combination of fast and slow digesting carbohydrates, which includes the highly branched cyclic dextrin Palatinose.
Palatinose is a patented form of isomaltulose, a direct source of glucose that doesn’t damage teeth from its sugar and is low glycemic. This increases protein synthesis and drives amino acids into muscle cells to help kickstart the muscle repair and growth process.

When Will Balanced Recovery Be Available?
