Evlution Nutrition is introducing a new natural testosterone booster to their line called EVL Test. Here’s what we know about it thus far.

The Tried and True

Evlution is sticking to the tried and true compounds on this one. Chances are you’ll recognize everything in here save diindolylmethane (DIM). This compound is an aromatase inhibitor that’s becoming the de facto ingredient in a number of estrogen blockers and natural testosterone boosters.

You are getting a full dose of d-aspartic acid in here. This is the same dose used in a study with d-aspartic acid showing it can boost natural testosterone by 40%.[1]

The same can be said for the fenugreek in here. The same 500 mg dose was used in a study showing it significantly improved body fat percentage, total testosterone, and bioavailable testosterone.[2]

Although the jury is still out on tribulus terrestris, EVL Test does a have a respectable 750 mg to further help support natural testosterone production.
