In order to satisfy my intense cravings, I dinked around trying to perfect a really good high-protein banana bread recipe. Here is what I think is the BEST recipe: Protein Banana Bread Ingredients Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While your oven is heating up, blend the following ingredients: 3 Medium Bananas – ripe and all mushed up 1/4 cup of Coconut Flour 2 Whole Eggs 3 Egg Whites 1/2 Cup Dymatize Iso-100 Banana Flavored Protein 1/2 Cup Oatmeal 1/2 cup Fat Free plain Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon Baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 10 drops of Vanilla Flavored Stevia Directions Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray and pour batter into the pan. Cook on 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
